The law states that a minor cannot enter into a contract. It is therefore unlawful for anyone under the age of 18 to enter into a contract with Bay Bee Cino.

Whilst every precaution is taken to ensure that our customers are transacting with us in a safe and secure environment, Bay Bee Cino does not accept any responsibility for any losses or damages incurred by a customer whose credit card has been used fraudulently or in an unauthorized manner.

If we have any reason to believe that a credit card is being used in a fraudulent or unauthorized manner we will not enter into that transaction. We will take all necessary steps to ensure that Bay Bee Cino does not enter into any transactions with anyone who wishes to use a credit card in a fraudulent or unauthorized manner.

No goods will be dispatched without full payment.

Pricing on www.Baybeecino.com.au are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and includes GST of 10%. Pricing on www.BayBeeCino.com are in US Dollar. Prices are subject to change without notice but once an order is placed, your price will be honoured.

Bay Bee Cino online accepts payment via credit card only. Goods will not be delivered until payment has been cleared.

Bay Bee Cino accepts 3 types of currency for online order payments. Shoppers on our Australian website www.BayBeeCino.com.au are charged in AU dollar. Shoppers on our international website www.BayBeeCino.com are charged in US dollar. Shoppers. Shoppers on our www.BayBeeCino.co.nz are charged in NZ dollar.

We endevour to ensure that all prices and specifications are correct in our catalogue when we go to print. However the websites prices displays our current Recommended Retail Prices in the following currencies - Australian Dollar, New Zealand Dollar and US Dollars. Bay Bee Cino reserves the rights to alter prices if necessary. Reason for price adjustment is based on fluctuation of currency and increase of costs of materials and labour for manufacter.

Delivery  within Australia
Delivery within Australia will be made via eparcel via Australia Post . Shipping rates will vary depending on particular item and location. Please refer to your shopping cart for rates as this is provided before payment is made/received.

Please allow between 3 - 5 working days for delivery within Australia. For rural deliveries please allow up to 14days.

Lost in transit goods cannot be replaced until an investigation has been completed by Australia Post or the courier service used to deliver those goods.

Delivery  New Zealand
Delivery to New Zealand  will be made via Delta worlwide couriers.  All orders are trackable online. Shipping rates will vary depending on particular item and location. Please refer to your shopping cart for rates as this is provided before payment is made/received. 

Please allow between 5 -10 working days for delivery of orders to New Zealand.

Lost in transit goods cannot be replaced until an investigation has been completed by Delta Worldwide couriers.

Delivery  Iternational/Overseas
Delivery overseas will be made via Delta worlwide couriers.  All orders are trackable online. Shipping rates will vary depending on particular item and location. Please refer to your shopping cart for rates as this is provided before payment is made/received. 

Please allow between 5 -10 working days for delivery of international/overseas orders.

Lost in transit goods cannot be replaced until an investigation has been completed by Delta Worldwide couriers.

Out of stock items
Due to an inventory error, If the product you have ordered is out of stock we will contact you within 48 hours of your order being placed (excludes Saturday and Sunday). You will be given the opportunity to cancel the item or choose an alternative size or item of equal value. If credit is issued you have the option of either an online credit or a credit applied to your original form of credit card payment.

Exchanges
Bay Bee Cino has every confidence in the products that we sell. If for some reason you are not satisfied with the product as a result of the colour or size or you are simply not happy with your choice, please contact us to arrange an exchange. Please return the goods to us unused and in original packaging.The return of the goods must be paid for by the purchaser. Please contact info@baybeecino.com.au with your return details and you will be advised of procedure and address/postal box for return goods. Bay Bee Cino will not be responsible for additional shipping charges incurred on dispatch of exchange items.  Please note there are no returns or exchanges on Clearance sale items.

Returns
While every effort is made that all goods dispatched are in perfect order, Bay Bee Cino cannot take any responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit. Please contact info@baybeecino.com.au with your return details and you will be advised of procedure and address/postal box for return goods. Bay Bee Cino will not be responsible for additional shipping charges incurred on dispatch of exchange items.  Please note there are no returns or exchanges on Clearance sale items.

If damaged goods are received please contact us within 7 days and return the goods with labels and packaging. Bay Bee Cino will replace faulty items on approval of fault. No shipping will be charged on replacement of faulty items. If, for any reason we no longer have the product in stock we will offer you an exchange or a refund. Please allow 14 days for refund to be processed.

Gift vouchers will be delivered free of charge. Please note gift vouchers available in Australia only.
