Delivery Australia
Delivery within Australia will be made via Australia Post parcel post via eparcel. Your order will be despatched within 1-2 business days for delivery within Australia. For rural deliveries please allow 7-14days.

Delivery International/Overseas
International delivery will be made via Australia Post Parcel via eparcel. Your order will be despatched within 1-2 business days. Please allow between 10-14 working days for international/overseas orders.

Out of Stock Items
Our website will only allow you to purchase if the item is in stock. If our inventory is incorrect at time of your order being placed we will contact you within 24 hours of your order being placed (excludes Saturday and Sunday). Goods on back order will be dispatched as soon as they are received by www.BayBeeCino.com.au
Exchanges

If for some reason you are not satisfied with the product as a result of the colour or size or you are simply not happy with your choice, please contact us to arrange an exchange. Please return the goods to us unused and in original packaging. The return of the goods must be paid for by the purchaser. Please contact orders@baybeecino.com.au with your return details and you will be advised of procedure and address/postal box for return goods. www.BayBeeCino.com.au will not be responsible for additional shipping charges incurred on dispatch of exchange items. If damaged goods are received please contact us within 7 days and return the goods with labels and packaging. www.BayBeeCino.com.au will replace faulty items on approval of fault. No shipping will be charged on replacement of faulty items. If, for any reason we no longer have the product in stock we will offer you an exchange or a refund.
